If cancellation is received in writing by Kamloops Bike Camps more than 90 days prior to your tour departure date, you shall receive a refund of the deposit amount less a $250 per person handling fee. For cancellations received in writing by Kamloops Bike Camps between 60 and 89 days before your tour departure date, you shall receive a refund of the deposit amount less a $500 per person handling fee. For cancellations received in writing by Kamloops Bike Camps between 15 and 59 days of departure, there is no refund, but you shall receive a credit (which is valid for 18 months from your original departure date) toward a future tour with Kamloops Bike Camps in the amount of 50% of the total deposit paid by you. For cancellations between 0 and 14 days before departure, there is no refund, but you shall receive a credit (which is valid for 18 months from your original departure date toward a future tour with Kamloops Bike Camps in the amount of 25% of the total deposit paid by you. These replacement tours shall be subject to availability and such tours continuing to be offered by Kamloops Bike Camps. No credit or refund will be paid if you do not show up for the trip and have not provided us with written cancellation notice by the time the trip begins on the tour departure date.
